Provincial Nominee Program

If you are lacking the adequate amount of point (CRS score) to apply through the Express Entry system to immigrate to Canada,  the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) can be your solution and gateway to Canada.  If you have the required skills, education, and work experience to contribute to the economy of a specific Province or Territory, the Provincial Nominee Program is for you.  To meet the shortage of a specifically skilled workforce, or to encourage newcomers to settle in smaller cities, Canadian Provinces recruit skilled immigrants through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).

To participate in the Provincial Nominee Program, you should contact the Province or Territory and apply directly for a nomination under that Province.  If the province or territory agrees to nominate you, you create an Express Entry profile (or update your profile if you already have one) and show you have been nominated.  How you will apply depends on which Provincial Nominee Program stream you are selecting. You can also open an Express Entry profile and select a Province or Territory where you would agree to live and settle.

The main condition of the Provincial Nominee Program is that you live in the Province you are nominated too for three years.  Once the requirements of your nomination have been fulfilled, and you have been granted Permanent Residency status, you can live in any part of Canada. Other than the residency requirement, some Provinces may have additional conditions.

Following is an example of eligible occupations under some Provinces PNP programs:

  • Accounting technicians and bookkeepers
  • Construction trades helpers and labourers
  • Cooks and culinary workers
  • Food and beverage servers
  • General farm workers & Harvesting labourers
  • Heavy equipment operators
  • Home support worker
  • Industrial butchers and meat cutters, poultry preparers and related workers
  • Nursery and greenhouse workers
  • Health Care:
    • Licensed practical nurse
    • Registered nurse

    • Nurse aides
    • Home support workers
  • Residential and commercial installers and servicers
  • Restaurant and foodservice managers
  • Retail and wholesale trade managers
  • Transport truck drivers

We Can Help!

Applying for Canadian permanent residency via the Provincial Nominee Program can be complicated and challenging.  A high number of applications are disqualified due to application errors or missing documents.  Unfortunately, after being disqualified, a candidate will have to restart the process from the beginning once again.

We can help you to apply and navigate the Provincial Nominee Program system without any stress and unnecessary delays.  We ensure the process is done professionally, quickly, and efficiently. We will assist you with:

Initial Consultation: We conduct a comprehensive assessment of your individual circumstances to immigrate to Canada and advise you on the best entry approach.  We will provide you with recommendations about how to improve your chances of obtaining a passable result.

Apply for the Provincial Nominee Program: Upon retaining our services, we create your Provincial Nominee Program profile and fill out the forms with all your information (work experience, education, age, etc.).  We contact the province or territory and apply for a nomination under the Provincial Nominee Program.   How we will apply depends on which Provincial Nominee Program stream you have selected.

Express Entry Pool profile creation: After the Province or Territory agrees to nominate you, we create an Express Entry profile (or update your profile if you already have one) and show you have been nominated.  The system gives 90 days in order to prepare the documents and upload them online.

If the forms are not filled out properly your application could be disqualified.  When your profile is accepted then it will be in the Express Entry pool for up to 1 year.

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada choose the best profiles according to a points system and other factors (such as occupations in demand) on average once or twice a month.

We apply our utmost attention with all the forms and ensure the accuracy of your information and to avoid unnecessary delays.

Permanent Residence Application: If you are invited to apply, you will have only 60 days to submit your Permanent Residence Application online. All the supporting documents must be consistent with the forms submitted during step one.  If you don’t submit your documents on time or you submit an incomplete application, you will likely have to start the process over again.

Since selected candidates only have a very limited time to submit the application and supporting documents, we have developed a priority system to deal with the Provincial Nominee Program and the Express Entry cases.  We advised you on documents you should prepare in advance for your permanent residency application.  We help you to prepare your application and supporting documents according to Immigration Canada standards, and we submit your application on your behalf.

Once Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada receive your complete application they will process it within 6 months.  We will follow up with your application process and deal with any issues that may arise.  We act as a liaison between you and government agencies, such as Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada until you receive your permanent residency.

We’re here to help! Let our readily available immigration team ensure that your immigration application is done effectively to avoid rejection, delays, hassles, and headaches. With our professional guidance and latest technologies, you will be always a few steps closer to your Canadian Dream.
